Leaving a group is a free choice imo, they should have fixed RA by not allowing more then one of the same class per group. This would vastly increase chances of getting a monk, and eliminate getting 4 of them.
I'll say it again: /resign.
If you get a bad team, /resign. If there are leechesr /report them and resign.
If you are 1vs4 and has no res, /resign.

That's what NORMAL people with IQ over 90 do.

Although that's true.
I would fix RA to prevent more than one profession joining a team.

All-monk teams win because people may get bored fighting with them and leave.

Since that was the design goal I would say it is working quite well. That it doesn't meet what *you* want has no bearing on if it is working or not (see the complaints about the BMP - worked as Anet intended regardless of how may didn't like it).

Hey, you hit the nail on the head imo == In *MY* opinion and your opinion isn't shared by the vast majority of GW gamers *and* Anet.

If you want organized or balanced teams go play TA. If you want *Random* teams then play RA. Can't get a TA team? Well, if you can't get into a balanced team in RA then why the heck would I want to play with you anyway - *you* are the crappy one and you are simply looking for a way to force others to play with yourself while allowing you to vett other gamers.? If you can get into TA teams then why play RA and then complain you can't get the team you want?

In any case you don't want Random Arenas - you want Team Arenas that force people to group with you. What reason you want to do that is beyond me as there is already a method out there for for a team, other than not being able to make it there and then why should I be forced to help you if you aren't forced to help me?

But, in the end, it guess it doesn't matter. Anet see's the Random Arena's to be "Random" and is pushing that so I guess I win anyway. QQ some more and maybe they will listen, but I wouldn't hold my breath were I you.

No, because of scrubs like you that farmed glads by leaving repeatedly while at the same time argueing about the low level of play there and how their intelligence feels insulted by mending whammos.

Care not to waste your time? Your perfect team in TA awaits you.

Rank = Skill?

I am intrigued by this reason that Rank can equal to the amount of skill a person has in Guild Wars PvP. Please by all means give a more detail reason on why this is, I am sure lots of people are going to agree.

there are good and bad things to everything. At least non-monk teams now have a chance to go have some fun without getting stomped 2v4 cause some guys they got paired with were glad point junkies.

If you end up in a 4 monk team, just all resign and go in again. You are making yourself happy, the opposing team happy, and the 4 teams that do end up with a monk happy aswell. Not that hard now is it ?

I was being sarcastic and taking a jab at bhavv who thought that his rank did mean skill.

I thought people would catch on.

RA was far better the way it was, people just over-exaggerated the amount of leavers there were. But there's no point complaining about Dishonourable now because there is no way in hell ANet are going to remove it. Doesn't bother me at all though, whenever I RA now I sync with people from the Korean district. Thanks ANet

Dishonorable doesn't really help RA for me at least. If I feel like killing stuff and go in as some damage character I'll always get paired with a Ranger who has no secondary, an Assassin with mending and an Ele with Meteor Shower and a level 16 pet. This team has absolutely no chance of winning, so instead of being able to leave I have to wait while they Escape away or try to use Resurrect. Although my new approach of rambo'ing in and Frenzy/Heal Sig to die quickly usually helps end the matches faster.

Firstly, QFT. Secondly, the problem with ramboing like that is if you're paired with carebear scrubs they'll report you for leeching or something stupid.

O.o...

2 Monks
1 Rit
1 Warrior

Guess which one didnt resign

Why is it always the warrior

It ALWAYS happens. If 3/4 people resign, the one that doesnt resign is a warrior.

Vsing four monks is pretty frustrating sometimes because most are assholes and won't leave/let you kill them, effectively ruining any streak you had. There's another reason why DH is bad.

We really dont need reasons why dishonour is bad, the people defending it just have the typical MMO gamer problem where they believe that everyone else should be forced to play with them.

Guess what? If im going to leave a team full of fail in RA, im going to leave the team full of fail. If your on my team and get offended, then quit failing and learn to play. The only difference is that if I dont like my team now, I have to quit healing and wait for the match to end before I can leave. So, what difference would leaving at the start make? O right, the enemy team gets less faction.

No matter how witty the trolling of some of you is, it annoys me all the same that I had to deal with it. Stop being stupid, stay on topic.
